These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jaya baji platform, including all betting, casino gaming, wallet, and reward features. By accessing or using jaya baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
jaya baji is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited without exception.
These terms apply specifically to players accessing jaya baji from Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all payment methods are subject to local availability.
Each player may hold only one jaya baji account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game stakes on jaya baji are denominated in BDT. The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals to non-BDT accounts.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jaya baji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
jaya baji operates with certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all casino games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or engage in collusion is a material breach of these terms.
1. Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jaya baji platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on jaya baji, constitute the entire agreement between jaya baji and the player. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only to the extent of that conflict.
jaya baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the controlling version for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language original.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
jaya baji is strictly an adults-only platform. Access and use are permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria.
To be eligible to register and use jaya baji, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- Not be a self-excluded player who has activated a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.
- Not have had a previous jaya baji account closed or permanently banned for misconduct.
- Not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, a third party.
- Be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not on a professional or commercial basis that seeks to exploit the platform's pricing or promotional structures.
jaya baji will verify your age and identity before processing your first withdrawal and reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Where jaya baji has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including any deposits made — will be forfeited. jaya baji takes the protection of minors seriously and implements multiple technical and procedural controls to prevent underage access.
4. Account Registration & Verification
Registration on jaya baji requires accurate personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.
During registration, you are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a chosen account password. The mobile number you register will serve as your primary identifier and must be the same number used for any bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit or withdrawal associated with your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jaya baji will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jaya baji support immediately and change your password without delay. jaya baji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain password security.
Account verification (KYC) will be required prior to your first withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or such other government-issued photo identification as jaya baji may accept at its discretion. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and fully legible. jaya baji typically completes KYC review within four business hours of receiving satisfactory documentation.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful and must match the identity documents submitted during KYC.
- Players must notify jaya baji of any change to their registered contact details promptly.
- jaya baji reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.
- Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration and have a pending withdrawal will remain suspended until KYC is completed.
- jaya baji may share KYC information with fraud prevention agencies where required by applicable law or where fraud is suspected.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jaya baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaya baji supports the primary mobile banking and bank transfer methods used by Bangladeshi players.
- Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your jaya baji Wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. Delays caused by payment processor outages are outside jaya baji's control.
- jaya baji does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your mobile banking provider are your responsibility.
- jaya baji reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds set at jaya baji's discretion.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support immediately if a deposit is made to the wrong reference.
- Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
- The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the mobile number registered on your jaya baji account.
- Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed to an unverified account.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
- jaya baji reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
- Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of your balance derived from bonus funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
jaya baji offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and Wheel reward prizes are all forms of promotional benefit that jaya baji may offer to eligible players. Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit, bonus amount or percentage, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum qualifying stake, and expiry date.
The standard wagering requirement for jaya baji deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount received, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds will be used ahead of real money funds when placing bets, unless the jaya baji platform specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.
- Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards meeting a wagering requirement. The list of excluded games is published on the relevant promotional page.
- jaya baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are within their active wagering period.
- jaya baji reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and reverse associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-margin games to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting strategies, or coordinating with other players.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing bets or playing casino games on jaya baji, you agree to the following rules governing game conduct, bet settlement, and dispute resolution.
All casino games offered on jaya baji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, are operated by licensed third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) under their own regulatory frameworks. jaya baji does not modify the outcome of any game. Game rules for individual titles are available within the game interface itself.
Sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published in the jaya baji sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the price at which a bet was placed due to a system error, jaya baji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's Wallet. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rendered void, all affected bets will be settled according to the specific sport's governing rules published in the sportsbook.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled by the player after placement except where jaya baji's cash-out feature is available and the player exercises it within the permitted window.
- In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to miskeyed prices that are clearly incorrect — jaya baji reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
- Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are published in the sportsbook rules section and are subject to change.
- jaya baji reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any player at any time, including by applying maximum stake restrictions, without being required to give a reason.
- Live in-play bets are subject to slight processing delays. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded — even if the interface has not yet refreshed — will be voided.
- Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your Wallet immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to KYC requirements and any applicable wagering restrictions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya baji and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jaya baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is detected.
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Depositing funds on behalf of, or using funds owned by, a third party.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors in odds, or promotional terms in a manner not intended by jaya baji.
- Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without jaya baji's prior written consent.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
- Conducting any form of charge-back or payment reversal after funds have been deposited and wagered.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jaya baji staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
- Exploiting the self-exclusion or responsible gaming systems in bad faith — for example, self-excluding and then attempting to re-register under a different identity.
- Circumventing geographical or technical restrictions imposed by jaya baji through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools designed to disguise your true location or identity.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
Either jaya baji or the player may initiate account closure. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether closure is voluntary, initiated for responsible gaming reasons, or imposed due to a terms violation.
Voluntary Closure by Player: A player who wishes to close their jaya baji account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Real money balances will be returned in full. Bonus funds not yet meeting their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. For temporary cool-off periods, the account may be reactivated after the exclusion period expires — but only after a mandatory cooling-off waiting period and a confirmation process. Suspension by jaya baji: jaya baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where jaya baji is required to do so by law. In cases of proven breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 8 of these terms.
- Players with an active balance who are suspended pending investigation will have their balance held, not forfeited, until the investigation is concluded — unless prohibited conduct is confirmed.
- Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit a formal dispute via the jaya baji support team.
- jaya baji will retain player data after account closure in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
jaya baji provides its platform on an "as available" basis and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, limits its liability as set out in this section.
jaya baji does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that the platform will be free from errors or defects, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. jaya baji will not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability, including bets that could not be placed or cashed out during a period of downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jaya baji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jaya baji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jaya baji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising from the use or inability to use the platform, a game outcome, a bet settlement decision, or any other platform-related matter.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jaya baji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. By continuing to use jaya baji after that date, you confirm acceptance of the current version of these terms.
